Bible Charades for Kids: 50+ Easy Prompts and Rules

Everything you need to run Bible Charades for family game night, family gatherings, or youth group — rules, scoring, and 50+ prompts sorted by difficulty. Skim, save, or print.

Rules in 60 seconds

  1. Split into two teams of 2–6. Younger kids can pair with an adult.
  2. One player draws a prompt and acts it out silently. No pointing at objects, no mouthing words.
  3. Set a 60-second timer. Team guesses out loud.
  4. Correct guess = 1 point. Bonus point for naming the book of the Bible.
  5. Rotate actors every round. First team to 10 wins.

Playing with pre-readers?

Kids who can't read the prompts yet can still play — hand them a Disciple Dozen card face-down instead.
